The Support Department has the prime role of assisting the operational departments in ensuring that their duties are delivered in an efficient manner. Training and development programs are top priorities with the aim of enhancing the Commission’s output. The department also comprises of the IT related task which is to oversee all information Technology related issues within the Commission.
In terms of admin duties, the overall financial and administration management of the Commission and helping to ensure financial transparency and a smooth running of the Commission also takes place within the Support department. Complaint taking is also one of the responsibilities performed at the department of the department.
